Now accepting students for YLC 2010!
YLC registration is currently at capacity, and we are now accepting students on our waitlist. Students who wish to join the waitlist: please submit only the online form (part 1 of the application). Do NOT submit the fee or Medical Form (parts 2 and 3). Our Registrar will email you if a spot is available for you. Spaces are given to applicants in the order in which they are received.

Requirements
You must be a high school student who is entering one of the following grades in Fall 2010:
- 9th grade
- 10th grade
- 11th grade
- 12th grade
- College Freshman
Fees & Deadlines
Early Registration Fee – $75 – last day April 30
Regular Registration Fee – $100 – begins May 1
Payment Options
Choose one option. Pay either online or mail-in a check.
This year, for the first time, we are introducing online payment. PayPal accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
We still accept checks. Please make your checks payable to YOUTH LEADERSHIP COUNCIL.
Why is there a fee?
A majority of the YLC Conference is paid for by the generous donations from community sponsors. Without their support, student fees would be substantially higher in order to meet the costs of room & board, food, and materials at our venue. All the money goes into running YLC. The YLC Board, volunteers, and mentors are all unpaid volunteers who whole-heartedly give their time an energy to this unique and life-changing program.
The Complete Student Application
Required. Your application is considered incomplete until all 3 of these items have been submitted to YLC.

- Medical Authorization Form – Mail-in only
Optional. Students who wish to be picked up by someone else besides their parent or guardian must complete the following form. For example, if the student is to be picked up by their brother or sister, aunt or uncle, some other relative, or a friend’s parent,
- Student Checkout Authorization Form – Mail-in only
What to Mail-in
3 things: Medical Authorization Form, Registration Fee (if you’re sending a check, make it payable to YOUTH LEADERSHIP COUNCIL), and the Student Checkout Form (if someone besides your parent is picking you up).

Policies
- To be eligible for the Early Application Fee of $75, all 3 parts of the application must be postmarked to YLC by April 30 or – where applicable – submitted online before April 30 11:59pm.
- A student app that is submitted early but does not have a paid fee or a submitted Medical Form by May 1 is considered ineligible for the early fee and will be subject to the Regular Application fee of $100.
